ABOUT ME.

Get to Know Me: Long Island native with no accent. Married, retired hairdresser, musician & cat mom to Chance, a tail-less ginger tabby.

While I've always loved exploring new spots, international travel is still on my to-do list. Dreaming of wandering through Italy's cities and soaking in diverse cultures worldwide. In the meantime, I satisfy my wanderlust with frequent trips to my go-to spot in the Southeast—Asheville, NC. It's the perfect place to recharge creatively and rejuvenate my soul.

Originating from the constant documentation of my early life by my parents, my fascination with photography grew. The idea of capturing memories through visual storytelling intrigued me, leading to the ownership of various cameras, from an I-zone instant polaroid to a DSLR in 2009.

Throughout my teenage years, I became known for always having a digital camera, documenting every life experience, from youth group gatherings to concerts and moments with friends.

In 2019, I took the plunge into professional photography, securing a position with a global digital music publication specializing in music photojournalism. Despite the momentum, the pandemic hit in March 2020.

Undeterred, I initiated the "Front Porch Project," capturing over 200 families' photos while adhering to social distancing guidelines. This venture garnered recognition, earning me the title of "Best of Cherokee 2021: Photographer" and featuring my work in various publications.

My Why: Being an event, music & lifestyle photographer is like being a visual storyteller—capturing moments that speak volumes without uttering a word. Every shot tells a unique tale, whether it's the raw energy of a live performance or the candid emotions in a crowd. It's not just about clicking pictures; it's about freezing memories that resonate. So, let's turn your events into a visual narrative, where every image has a story to tell. Let the beats and clicks blend to create your own unforgettable melody of memories.
